My ostrich egg sculptures start with the transfer of my vision of the design idea to the surface of the selected egg. This is followed by many hours of layout, drawing, carving, sanding, polishing and the application of a sealer finish. All of these steps result in a unique piece of Fine Art. One of a kind, done by hand, never to be exactly duplicated.
The carving process is occomplished using a very high speed carving tool allowing for the finest of detail.
